Clipcutt does not host, store or rehost user-generated media. Tools operate in-session and fetch publicly available content directly.
Filing a notice
If you believe content accessed through Clipcutt infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@clipcutt.app including: a description of the work, the URL involved, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
Counter-notice
If you believe a takedown was made in error you may submit a counter-notice using the same email.
Repeat infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
